I have called this location not sure how they rented a truck on my name when I am here down in Houston, this so bad of u-haul to rent a truck to someone else in my account, I am trying to reach corporate office about this .SAILESH K.
First of all when I returned the truck there was a long line of people waiting to return their rentals. So I was told just turn in your key and you'll get a receipt via text . That was may 1st and I haven't got mines yet. I'm looking to see what charges I had to pay.Walter J.

We walked in and a young Black man was wutb a customer. We greeted him but he did not respond or acknowledge us in any way. A young white guy walked in. Greeted us ad said I will be with you shortly. He was professional and knowledgeable. When we returned the truck another young black man helped us. He was also professional and knowledgeable. Except for the first guy, your staff is beyond great. While I would not deal with the first guy ever again, the other 2 were great and deserve kudos for their professionalismHelen W.
The truck smelled of cigarette smoked, that may be a hard smell to remove but that's my only complaint. Customer service was excellent, and everything went smooth.AALIYAH C.
When there is an issue with the equipment and compensation is already determined via customer service reps have it come forth and not have as keep waiting. Had a tire blowout, was told I will get my rental reimbursed but my account was deducted 2 x! This is not Kosher when every time I get a rental I'm having issues. Either dry rotted tires blowing out problems with the roll down of the back of the trailer I mean this is three out of three rentals! And now I got to wait for a freaking field manager to determine what's my compensation due to the tire blowing out at 3 a.m. in the morning, because customer service said I was going to get a refund. So he has to review the tapes to see if that was the truth in the agreement.Amanda C.

Women at the first desk was beyond rude. I rented the trailer so that my daughter could move. Her father was gonna be pulling it. I tried to pick it up so we could load it before he got here. She grilled me, accused me of trying to take the trailer without proper authorization. I told her we are taking it to load that he will hitch it to his 4 runner when he arrives. She refused to sell me the hitch ball. Wanted to know why her father wasn't already here. Asked questions that were none of her business. Sold me a lock for the trailer then told me after that it probably wouldn't fit. She told me I was not allowed to take the trailer with one vehicle and pull it with the another or I could have the cops called on me if someone saw us do that because it's stealing. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL EVER AGAIN!!!ALEISHA T.

My suggestions for improvement have nothing to do with this location. I originally reserved the trailer at the location nearest my house. A few days before pickup, I determined it would work better for us to delay our rental to the next day. Wasn't a necessity, but would work better. As I looked for a number to call the local location, I went back online and found the reservation system would allow me to change the date of pickup. No messages to imply what this might mean, so I assumed it would work the same as my original reservation. Showed up on the new date and was told by the location they did not have a trailer for me. The explanation was that when you change online, it makes your reservation a "floating" reservation, so no trailer. The nearest location with the trailer I needed was across town, which I had no choice. Fortunately this location treated me well and took care of my needs. Suggestion is to change your online reservation system to either (a) not allow changes online, you must call the location, or (b) verbiage in big, bold letters warning you that any changes will remove your reservation.Lance M.
