There is a man living in his car comfortably like he’s been there for a long time with nobody telling him to leave at the store where you pick up the U-Haul sitting right next to the U-Haul it reeks of liquor and alcohol. There was liquor and alcohol bottles on the back of my U-Haul that I had to move the inside was dirty. I’m sure these people hanging in loitering outside are in and out of these back of the U-Haul‘s since they don’t close nobody’s monitoring I don’t think anybody even cares because again these people are so comfortable right next to the U-Haul‘s. I couldn’t even take good pictures of the rental from the sides or the back because of how uncomfortable I felt the man was also knocking on my car window with my son in there to ask to borrow a cell phone. He was also running an extension cord from the building into his car and the whole time I was doing the self check-in process, which was also a hassle he was back-and-forth behind me like if I was in his living space. The gas was not filled to 1/4 and the truck has obvious issues check engine light is on the brakes are faulty, and I would never use this place again

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe truck should be cleaned regularly and inspected. The truck has a spill on the dash/cupholder area that had been there for who knows how long. The low tire pressure warning light was on in the instrument cluster which further let me know the equipment is not receiving regular inspections.
Peterson SHomeless crew in the parking lot pretending to be either Uhaul employees or employees of the gas station where this Uhaul dealer is located. They claim to be the ones that take care of the trucks. I ignored them, but they hang out inside of the truck beds. The dealer seems to not care. It could probably even be said that they might sleep in them or do who knows what. Not a safe location, I wouldn’t send my friends or family there. Something should be done about this I hope someone actually reads these.
