No problems, and great service!
JESS BThis location has been disorganized both times I have rented from them. It took me an hour and a half to get my uhaul the first time and 30 minutes to get it the second time. Both times the employee that works at the gas station did not know how to complete the process and asked me to come behind his desk to help look at his computer. I had to call uhaul customer service both times to finish the process as he doesn't speak good English. There needs to be more training or another person working as he struggled to rent uhauls and check out customers at the gas station. The uhaul I received was disgusting and had soda spills down the doors, dirt in all of the cup holders and dashboards and was not well maintained. The parking lot is crowded with uhauls with not enough space to easily maneuver them where he needs. I was asked to move the uhaul because I wasn't parked in the correct spot when returned as he stated he couldn't drive the uhaul so I needed to go back out and move it. Horrible customer service and experience.
