I can't answer these with accuracy. I dropped the trailer off and didn't talk to anyone. Received and email that I didn't return the trailer when I returned it the same day I rented it.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulPick up location was an independent fix-it shop on what appeared to be an old farm. Two large dogs ran up to the car barking. Trailers were up on a grassy hill about 100 yards away. We were told to go find the trailer and come back to verify it was hooked up right. Difficult to maneuver around all the debris around.
Clarence EThey were difficult to find looked like someone’s yard. Tried to return to the coon rapids UHaul and they denied me. Had to go back and finally found them and they were closed. At 9:30 in the morning. Very annoying and the coon rapids location was not helpful nor interested in any sort of customer service.
David ZPersonnel were extremely nice and helpful! Location was accessible and it was easy to maneuver the trailer into the drop off space.
Patricia MI was charged for an extra day when I had dropped the Uhaul off early. I was not contacted about this. I found out through my credit card charge and the fee was hidden, not showing the what the charge was on the Uhaul app. but only on a pdf recipe in my email. Thankfully got a refund from Uhaul.
