UHaul was able to accommodate a last-minute request for a van; the van was spotless and drove very well. I would definitely recommend UHaul; this location pick up was convenient and the leasing manager was very professional and nice.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCleanest nicest uhaul I've ever used! Great location, helpful, fast!
Noelle BAccess to this location is limited and difficult. You can only get to it by coming from one direction and you can only exit in one direction. It also doesn’t feel particularly safe. I would not scheduled a rental from that location again.
Katharine HIt was a gas station which was busy. The clerk didn’t talk to us just asked for an ID and two additional contacts. It took him about 10 minutes to confirm the reservation and because hmthe gas station was busy he would help over customers while trying to confirm my rental. We also had to pick up a trailer at a U-Haul storage facility they had plenty of the same size trucks on their lot. Not sure why I had to go to two different places
Nicholas MFirst we went to U Haul Dealership on West street to get the truck but the truck was going to be late getting there so they sent us to gas station down the road that does U Haul on the the side they did not have a 15 foot truck although they told the dealer they did. So they sent us to another gas station that does U Haul on the side. This place a busy gas station with a guy in a booth right in the middle of all the gas pumps. We didn't like those gas stations that did U Haul on the side. They only had a few trucks and it was really inconvenient. We really liked the big U Haul dealership on West Street.
