Be honest to customer treat us with respect don't lie about damages to ur vehicle when u know that it wasn't the customer who ur blaming that damage ur vehicle?? Or because we didn't purchase ur insurance so u are trying toput. blame on us that we do not deserve !! Wanting to over charge, what ur associate did was wrong..the associates from boundary very mean don't want to deal with her never ever again, she is very dishonest...

Only one piece of equipment (tow dolly) was operational out of 4 (according to the customer service person at the desk) was functional. Felt pressured about an exact return time in case someone else called to reserve a tow dolly as, I only needed the item for a few hours. I pay for a day, so as long as I get it back within the allotted 23-24 hours, that should be sufficient. Not my issue if only 1 of 4 of those pieces of equipment is operational. Give me a discount for returning it early or charge by the hour. Like mileage on a vehicle. If over 12 hours, charge for full day but, if less, make it worth someone's effort to return early. Just felt like the customer service person was rude, no one else in store at the time and she was on a personal call however, the gentleman working the yard was helpful and professional. I rent from this location often but not impressed with the person who've suited on me. Thank you.

We have rented from this U-haul location 3 times in the past 2 years and will be renting again in 2 months. Service is always great, fast and convenient. Only thing that would make it better is a “frequent renter” discount. Haha!

We were under the impression we had the vehicle till the evening and was told rudely by staff we need to have the vehicle back bu 7:430am and we were late in getting it back. We got it back by 9:15 am. No one told us to have it back before the business day Started.??

The after-hours online return procedure did not work for this location. The app could not recognize my location, even though I was right at the location return spot late-night. My smart phone location finder works for every other app on my phone that uses my location. So I had to just drop the key in the slot and hope for the best. I did take all the pictures as mentioned in the online tutorial video. Anyway, the people at this location had my truck checked in and emailed me a receipt right after they opened the next day. Great customer service and I need not have worried. Thank you.
