Reserved a motorcycle trailer to be picked up in Eagle River at 10am. When I arrived the Rental facility was closed. Call the Boundry Ave store and reserved another trailer, when I the trailer was full of snow and no shovel and/or broom available to remove the snow.

On my receipt the time of return states11/22/2019at 8:57 am that is not true I have this uhaul returned on 11/21/2019 by 6 pm when the store was still open last night!! The lady last night was supposed to check it in!

The mileage and fuel level of the truck when I picked it up did not match what was on the rental agreement. The agent told me how to dispute the numbers using the link on the text message I received by taking and uploading pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge. By the time I turned the truck in, the discrepancy had been rectified. Thats a great system.

I returned the equipment at 4:00 PM and when I received my email receipt I was charged an "after-hours" service fee and the receipt says I returned the equipment at 9:30 PM. When I returned the equipment I spoke to an agent who asked me if I would be ok with receiving my receipt via email. I would like a refund of the after-hours service fee.

The 17 foot truck did not like tow haul mode. It was having a fard time shifting out of 1st at slow speeds like in parking lots. When I returned it after hours the online return was not clear. I put the keys in the return box and locked it then started the online return only to find out I needed the odomiter reading. Because I did not have it I could not complete it. I called uhaul and was told I could contact the place I rented it from in the morning to close it out. I called them in the morning I was told it was good but then I saw thay I was charged for 2 days but I only used it for a few hours. I was able to get a refund on the second day

While my experience at this location was good overall, my experience with the mobile check in/pick up was not great. After been asked to locate the vehicle I was renting I waited outside in the cold for more than 10 minutes and the agent reviewing my information never responded to me in the chat. When I inquired about what was taking so long, I was directed by the app to go inside and do the whole process in person anyway. It was inconvenient and frustrating.
