Staff was attentive, courteous and timely. To improve, I would say that the entry to the building feels cramped and cluttered. I couldn't see the check-in desk all the way at the rear. I would try to rearrange. Otherwise, I would always call this location before even thinking of going anywhere else.

The female emplyee was extremely rude, I drove 14 miles. So I put two gallons of gas. When I returned the truck she told me in a very rude way to go to the gas station and out two more gallons. I asked her how many miles per gallon she said 8-10 miles so I told her I put Two gallons which should be plenty for 14 miles that I drive. She said “I don’t care go put two gallons” She was yelling at me, she was extremely rude and demanding. When I told her I will call the 1800 number, she told me to call the manager and not to call the 1800 in a demanding yelling voice. The gentleman who made the reservation for me was extremely polite and professional I have to admit. I took a picture of the tank and it was on quarter as i took it, she made me put 2 more gallons which I didn’t. I went and came back and the next employee came checked it and said it was on quarter tank.

Was asked if I wanted an appliance dolley reserved one got there and was told they didn't have any they were stolen and my salesperson didn't seem to care at all would go elsewhere next time or another company should have proper levels of equipment and not offer things you don't have

I got the receipt one day after we returned the van. I found out they charged 30 dollars for "fuel fill-up service fee" because the tank is under 1/4 full. When we got the van, there was only 1/4 tank of fuel. We should have read the contract more carefully before we decided not to fill up the tank. Anyway, we spend 75.8 dollars for only 6 miles of usage.

I had some trouble on the website reserving the truck (got stuck on page two of three), and had to call to be sure I had a reservation. Also, calling to extend my return time was frustrating. However, the location personnel were great... made up for the website and call center glitches.

I returned this vehicle after a trip of 12.5 miles, added two gallons of gasoline to tank before this , which brought the fuel gauge back to the level it was before I used the truck., yet the two associates there refused to ackowledge this. I ended up adding SIX MORE GALLONS of gasoline , then ended up with a mileage surcharge!!! What a scheme . I will NEVER use U-Haul again!

I was charged for the moving item both times at the time of online reservation and in store. I am not sure if one of the two charges for the item will be refunded. Also it is really hard to reach to someone in the 800 number for asking about billing.

It was not this location that was bad it was the customer service all around! I had to spend over an hour on the phone with your company just to move my reservation from 830am to 7am because the first person I spoke to said someone else had it for 90 minutes before me. Next time I will probably use your compitition budget. If you want a supervisor to call me fee free 7162557631

After getting a reservation from one place, being sent to another only to be told I had to go to another place to get my reserved van even though my paperwork said the correct location, I was not happy.. Once I received my van the service was good. But the Lockport location needs some adjusted customer service!

It was with great trepidation that we decided to go with Uhaul due to multiple past experiences of poor customer service and lack of professionalism. We couldn't have been happier with our experience today. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for a few more hours for the rental and was given until the next morning. The truck was clean and in great condition. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a moving truck. Great job guys!
