I was broke down on the side of the road for three hours. The mechanic became out was the same mechanic that went out and fix that truck earlier in the day and told the lady at the rental location not to rent this truck out. I want my money back. I was told I would be getting a credit and I have received nothing except a full charge for my inconvenience and someone’s incompetence of not doing what they were told by a mechanic

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNot the location we reserved, and they did not have the dolly we reserved. Same thing happened to a friend a few months ago. Keep your committed reservations. Do better next time.
ROBERT VTreat your customers with respect. Make sure the customer is provided with how the equipment operates safety tips and ask if they have any questions. I was treated like I was bothering them and they had better things to do
