Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI only drove 17 miles and was charged 117 dollars. I asked multiple times if there was anything i needed to do when I dropped off truck and was told no they just go off miles and since I only went 17 miles it would be less than 70 dollars. I was never given agreement to sign or receipt to sign. I was given the truck with a 1/4 or less . Then charged extra for it being under 1/4 tank he called me after I had already left and said I needed to come back to put gas in it. I told him he never said anything about gas when I was there and he never had me sign anything. Ill be disputing the charges.
Chad BIn my contract I had the truck from Friday to Sunday. I returned the truck as advised with a 1/4 of a tank on Sunday at HyTech Auto. I was charged for an extra day (Monday) because the drop off location isn't open on Sunday. I don't feel I should've been charged for a day that the drop off location is clearly not open for business and this is just bad business and in the future I may look to another moving truck service than U-Haul
Todd LI ended up renting two separate trucks from this location for a total of 7 days. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and explained in detail everything I needed to know. The last day when I returned it was a day that we had extreme heat and I'm sure I must have looked a mess and overheated. He actually brought me a bottle of cold water to drink well I was waiting for my ride to pick me up. He went above and beyond the normal customer service. Thank you I will definitely use this location in the future and recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you
