Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTerrible place - really rundown. Only three rental trucks on-site, two when I came to pick up. My reservation was for 5 pm, I arrived at 5:10 and completed the self check in, when it tells me where the truck should be, it isn’t there. I tried going to the office, which was unlocked during business hours, but no one was there. I tried calling the number listed on U-Haul, google, and the phone number posted in their office and had to luck reaching a on-site representative. I end up calling U-Haul’s customer support team and they try to help me but she couldn’t, and escalated the situation to her manager. Her manager also tried to figure out what was going on but eventually figured out she couldn’t get ahold of anyone there, so she tried to upgrade me to one of the other trucks that was on-site. When she tells me where to locate the keys, we come to find out the keys are nowhere and the all the lockboxes are open. She tries to get ahold of the property manager one more time to see if they answer this time and sure enough, they answer. The representative gets back to me and says that she is on her way to with the keys. Come to find out, they were using the U-Haul to transfer personal belongings and that all the keys to the trucks are in their possession. After trying to clear the truck for me to take, she offers one of the other trucks instead for “the inconvenience.” After everything got finalized, I end up leaving the place after 6:30 pm. The return was a whole other situation due to the fact that they gave a different truck that what it was on the contract so mileage wasn’t double checked at time of pick up and return. All in all, a very bad experience from U-Haul and this specific location.

RUSSELL IThe Uhaul was ready to go after a little cleaning, which the attendant took care of right away. Otherwise, it was a pretty smooth transaction and the lady there was very helpful and friendly.
