They were late for my pickup appt. However the service was very good & friendly. UHaul failed tho. They were out of supplies that have been requested. Also, I had requested 2 appliance dollies & received only 1. Please stock your dealers with adequate packing supplies to better serve your customers.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haul'First, the air conditioner quiet working, it was 107 degrees out. Next we were over charged.. We are waiting to get this corrected.
Jasmine LProfessional and friendly. Very helpful and helps you get hooked up and on your way.
Frank BBad rental! The check engine light was on there and back for 600 miles. The tire rods are so bad that the truck kept pulling left to right and the windshield wipers were so bad you couldn’t even use them. The truck needs to have maintenance before somebody gets hurt thank you.
RICHARD Wdrop off on a Sunday but very helpful James , helped us park and answered all our questions.
