This is just a garage that accepts returns, not a U haul location. Friendly guy who took good care of me. But there's a better location in Altadena that's a true Uhaul full service location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI would recommend having a feature to review any changes on a screen larger than an iPhone. A change was made that I was not aware of nor was I informed of and because I was attempting to read all of the information on an iPhone, I missed the unauthorized change. I would also suggest training the employees to review any changes they make with the customer. If the change was done by mistake, I believe it happened because everything was being done on an iPhone.

Karen KI initially reserved for an office in Pasadena and then I was told to pick up in a completely different location without much help to access the equipment. I received confusing and differing instructions from two different people (who I had to reach out to for the access codes, they did not contact me first) The locks were difficult to unlock and no one was on site to help. Very poor help
