Was closed when we got there. We waited for 45 minutes for someone to show up. We had to drive from out of town to pick up our truck. Very inconvenient.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy pick up time was 4pm, I got there and the building was locked up and everyone gone. I called the phone # and tge gentleman said he left early for the day and I had to wait 25 minutes for him to return so I could get the key. Then he had to call someone else to complete the pickup.
Jeanette VI would like to thank Devin from the Sioux Falls store for going out of his way & helping me out!!!!!!
CLAUDIA SWhen calling about dropping off my rental. I was told by the location owner to leave the key for the U-Haul under the floor mat in the U-Haul and they would check it in when they got there. So as to not breach my contract I did the drop off through the app and then waited for the location owner to arrive to hand the keys in directly so I could lock the U-Haul. The lack of a key drop box makes dropping off rentals hard at this location as it makes the customer reliant on if the location owner is there.
Wayne MVery friendly the person who attended me
