Very helpful and courteous. They left the drop off open for our convenience.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery easy to drop off had no problems.
Michael EWhen I made the reservation, in addition to a 15' truck, I had 2 Furniture Dollys and a Utility Dolly. When I picked up the equipment all they had was the truck and 1 furniture dolly. I told the guy I need 2 furniture dolys and asked him what I do now. I was told to go to Menards and buy one. This is not why I added those items to my reservation. I asked who I could talk to about this and he gave me a number to call. When I did, this guy was equally rude. He told me the same thing and said as far as extra equipment goes, that is not a reservation but a request. If they have it, they will rent it to you, if they don't have it you are on your own. Very disappointed. This is not the same UHaul that I have rented so much equipment from in the past!!!
