I didn’t like the fact that I returned the truck with more gas in it then I had when I first got in the truck and I didn’t get any reimbursement on total cost from U-Haul.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI made a reservation two months in advance but they did not have the truck I reserved. They “upgraded” me to a bigger truck, but I did not want that. He was not very helpful and just blamed corporate. Basically said I don’t know what to tell you… he was not very professional.
LORI BPlease have the vehicle gas filled up to full to make it easier on bringing it back with the same amount of gas as when you pick it up. That’s my suggestion.
Allen DThe lights on the trailer had a 4 point hookup, and my truck had a 7 pin hookup. I bought the 7 pt adapter from the uhaul location to make it work. They should have just lent me one with the trailer.
Garvice WBMC has a good stock of vehicles at reasonable prices. I did have issues with the remote pickup but that was related to the U-Haul mobile app. BMC was very helpful and we'll be back. There were a couple of maintenance issues with the truck, the driver side windshield wiper was loose, the USB charging port was not working, and the TPMS light was on. I doubt any of these issues were BMCs responsibility, so it didn't directly affect our rental. Those trucks are used and abused and honestly, I have rented U-Haul's for over 40 years and it's kind of par for the course. BMC is a newer small business in the local area and I'm all for supporting local business.
