Upon returning the truck anywere if you teturn earlier like i did 2 days earlier they should give you some sort of a credit for returning with more gas rhen u started with clean truck n 2days early

Ther was discrepancy with the other location. On Wyoming and zuni rd. Neighborhood store had to wait an hour or 2 and won't be going to that location. Was interrupted quite a bit with customers coming in and out of the facility.

Truck was a ness in the cab. The woman cashier was ordering stuff for her run down gas station while her 2 kids were screaming. Drivers tire was low and had to be filled twice a day. The ignition was stuck and didn't know if it would work every time I tried. Aweful Aweful experience. 2nd time in a row I had to travel across town to get a truck when uhaul is a quarter mile away from me. Penske and budget are looking good to me. Shame I spent good money at uhaul.

A old run down half out of business Gas StAtion, Attendant didn’t know what he was doing , did all paperwork on his cell phone and it goes on and in !!!

The check out process was a disaster. We reserved for 7am online, and when we got there, they didn’t open until 9am. We finally started checking in, and the computer errors kept us there until almost 10am. I thought Jamie Kennedy was going to pop out any minute. It was ridiculously slow, then there were hidden costs after we brought it back. Go elsewhere, Uhaul doesn’t have their stuff together.

The guy can't print out a copy of my receipt and just sent it to my email instead. A little inconvenience but still it would have been better to have a physical copy of the receipt.

Truck was dirty!! Back load was dirty.. door open was broken. Had to reach through other door to unlock door.. charged us way to much. Will never go there. They said it was going to be $80 plus $14.99 insurance to rent truck. But was a different story when we turned it in.. we paid way to much for a rent truck.. bad customer service and the sales guy was in a rush he did paper work and didn't check back load of truck. Poor service and no friendly service. Was rude when we tired doing application. We like our money back!!! Refund do to our service

Seems maintenance is needed on certain small things. Lube rollup door and ramp. Truck also seems to maybe have a vacuum leak.

First of all your uhaul site needs work ,,pics of drivers lic.was option ,then find out its not took more time at location ,,your site said I was getting 12 foot truck ,,they tried give me a 10 footer with no ramp ?they need to learn the sizes and better marked on outside so customers can see what size they actually are ,,over all truck was ok

Yall need more one way motorcycles trailers. There was 500 dam motorcycles trailers there for in town use only. I got the only one way trailer n Albuquerque. That's BS.

This location seems to be a last chance locations for the weekends and to primarily serve the military base it is next to. The vehicle was dirty and the fact that the gas station owner was inattentive in any way to explain the policies or even answer the phone when I called to try and get a later turn in time was horrible.

$219.57 was taken out of my account when my rental total was $190.93, thats my only complaint with Uhaul.

The van had a bad offer smell, the back had dirt. I had sweep it. The usual representative duany incident we had to pay for gas on top of the mileage fee. Upon return the store was closed, the key box was broken so we could just leave the truck there. Overall we ended up paying more for a 2 hour trip. When I contact customer service on the issues I was told I would get a call back with a refund of some sort which I haven't received any call back.

I reserved the truck and dollies online and when I went to pick it up they didn't have the right truck and no dollie. I'll never go to that location again.

I was sent to this location from the Eubanks store who was incredibly rude and made me feel like a total idiot. They belittled me into sounding like it I did something wrong and blamed all issues on the poor gentleman who ran the Wyoming location. I was embarrassed because I had family with me and I received no apology for my inconvenience and spent way more money than I wanted to. The person who runs the Wyoming location should be running the Eubank location and the guys from the eubank location shouldn’t even work for you.

The gas tank was empty, and truck was filthy and the trucks check engine light was on the whole time. Went over the mileage I quesstimated because I didn’t anticipate having to go get gas, and the trip from the rental place, so I paid more than I thought I was gonna have to pay.
