The receiving location was not open due to a federal holiday. U Haul should get their computer code writer to revise this survey form to include a "not applicable" option. The U Haul reservation form needs significant improvement. I was stuck at the pick up location for 2 hours, trying to complete the reservation process. The Phoenix AZ area manager (Tony Adams) was very helpful in solving the problem.
