Someone should always be available at the counter to serve the customers. No one was there when I arrived and it was a few minutes before someone came.

I rented from this location both times this week and they were excellent. The staff helped me with the boxes and what all I needed. This wasn't my first choice of location because I picked Gillionville location I called them when I was supposed to pick it up and they didn't even have the truck I ordered. But overall this location was wonderful.

I reserved an utility dolly and when I got to the location, the person let me know that reservations personals sometimes reserve things that's not there. That was an big aggravation because I had an huge refrigerator to move.

My main issue is that the fuel level is set at 1/2 full. I returned the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank and asked that I be credited for the 1/4 extra fuel provided. My estimate in mileage was 15 miles but I drove 30 miles. I am frustrated that U-Haul took my free 1/4 tank of gas, but would not credit that toward the above-estimated mileage used. U-Haul basically said thanks for the free gas and I believe setting the tank at 1/2 full is done on purpose vice providing a full tank of gas and having the customer fill the truck before returning. This is done by rental car companies, but U-Haul doesn't. Your welcome for the free gas, U-Haul.

The only issue I had was when I went to return the vehicle there was no one there. It was a Sunday morning and the opening hour posted was 9:00 and at 9:30 there was still no one there. I dropped the keys in the night drop box but I'm one who likes to be in person when I am charged the final price.

The van was in great shape, low mileage and performed well. The U-Haul app worked well except for having to take so many pictures in the process and trying to read the app in bright sunlight. Larger print with more contrast would help us older folks. Good experience.

Never any issues renting from this location. Staff is always friendly and courteous (that's been my experience here for years). The only time I've ever been displeased was when a customer or 2 ahead of me needed a little extra attention. There were new faces since my last rental, but service has not suffered in my humble opinion. Thank you!!

Please stop allowing people to smoke in U-Haul vehicles. The truck I rented today made me nauseous all day. The cigarette smell was overwhelming. I rent from U-Haul almost weekly for my business and I'm dreading my next rental need because today was so bad.

If this company is going to charge an above-average amount for gasoline, if I do not return the truck back with the same amount of fuel as I left with, then make sure the truck I'd FULL, and not 7/8 FULL, so I don't fell obligated to fill it up, to avoid any penalties or get ripped off!

LOCATION TO SMALL FOR THE INVENTORY HAVE NO WERE TO PARK RETURNING EQUIPTMENT IS TO CLUTTER HAD A TRAINEE WAITING ON ME BUT WAS TO BUSY USING ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE, AND CALLING TO RESERVED ANYTHING NO ONE IS TRAINED TO LET YOU NO THAT IF YOU PAY CASH UP FRONT THERE IS A $50.00 DEPOSIT.
