Be to work on time and not have a line of customers standing outside the door in the rain. On 12/1/19 Sun. The store supposed to opened at 9am but didn't open until 9:30am her and her son work there together. When they got there they said they were having problems with there brakes on the car. Some people left because it was raining.

Courtney in the store did not tell me that I have to be at the location to check the trailer back in which lead me to talk to several agents that clearly didn't know how the job is to be performed. The last guy was the ONLY one to make sense and resolve my issue. I apologize if this cause a detractor to his stats. I'm a call center manager but the overall service was poor.

Choosing uhaul was the absolute worse decision i made. It’s was a complete inconvenience. I picked up my uhaul that morning and loaded all my stuff onto it. The guy told me to bring the truck back so that he could attach the auto transport. I came back and he did but the lights on the trailer would not work. He then attached another trailer and the lights still wouldn’t work. By now we concluded that the truck was the issue . I had to be on the road by a certain time and i wasted almost 2 hours dealing with them . The only solution was to leave my car behind. I had to leave the car which was 3hrs behindme. I finally got to my destination and had to off load in the dark because of the delay and on top of that the light in the cargo of the truck Was not working. There was no bulb on the truck... i had to wake up early the next day and have someone take me back 3 hrs to pick up my car . I’m still pissed just thinking about it .. The ppl in the store were clueless and were in no rush to even try and fix the issue. This was a complete inconvenience and i feel as though uhaul owe me and my family some type of restitution ... I was charged a extra rental fee for being late withbthe return but wasnt told about a late fee for the vehicle and then i was charge a extra $84 for no reason.

The fuel gauge read Full, yet after driving 24 miles it took 11 gallons of gas to fill the tank. The $20 fee for not using the website to check the truck back in from rental is ridiculous. I will not be using U-Haul again.

Make sure to explain to the public that you all charge 2 days for a 24-hr rental. The average person learned that it is 24 hours in one day -not 2 days. Then to try to explain that you all charge people for every 8 hours -is something else all together confusing. But i will say that i was helped by ALEX over the phone- after I tried calling back to the store to speak someone and they didn't answer. i was patched through to the Customer Service Call Center and Alex, listened to my question and concern and responded appropriately. Alex was great! It's still a debate whether or not i will decide to use U-Haul again. Not sure..

I tried to do an after hours return, but the app kept crashing l. I spent about 45 minutes trying to submit the photos and it would always fail at some part of the process, often on the last photo. It was pretty frustrating seeing as how I had been loading and unloading all day, and it was dark outside.
