Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe problem was the mirrors were not able to be just adjusted. They were frozen to a position to where it was unsafe to drive the vehicle for passing and judging traffic that vehicle should’ve never been on the road. We drove from Michigan to Annapolis, Maryland, and the person driving was under a lot of stress the whole time so he would not cause an accident or being one because of the mirrors locked in position to where he could not probably see or even try to adjust them. They were locked in. I called the office where we rented the vehicle six times for help. All I got is an answering machine no one ever called us back to where we could stop on the way for help to get the mirrors fixed to where it would be safe to drive. This is something that is not good for your company. It could’ve been a very large lawsuit due to the fact that the mirrors were unable to be adjusted to drive and see safely.
