The customer service person on the 800 number that I called that helped me find the location was incredibly helpful and kind!!
Janine pUHaul policy for $1 per mile over some predetermined one way mileage is ridiculous. Fortunately, we only went 13 miles over the predetermined limit, however, we did not take side trips and went directly to our destination. Completely penalized based on what parameters?

jay jMy reservation did NOT request optional insurance. This facility added it to my charges WITHOUT informing me. All documents were done electronically so I did not see the contract until later when I opened my email. Very disappointed in the deception!!!
