The location was clean and the dealer was friendly. The truck at first appearance was clean but as I drove off I noticed a strong dog smell. The back of the truck also appeared clean but it was smelly like dog. My son and I washed the back to get rid of the smell. Out of the 3hrs that I had the truck, we spent 1 washing and cleaning it.The truckshare process is somewhat efficient but it gives room for this type of issues. The customer can not really verify the cleanliness at the time of pick up unless they meticulously inspect the truck at the time of pick up. If someone chooses self pick up, is it not because they are mindful of time?

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLocation and staff were good. The inside of the truck cab was clear of trash but every cup holder or cubby was terribly dirty and we wouldn't put anything down anywhere but the seats.
JOHN EThe pick up reservation was great, fast and easy. Now the truck had a horrible water leak inside and I wasn’t aware and it damaged my property bad.
Taryn MThis is the closest and best Uhaul experience I have had in 40 years. If this location is an option I’d pick it every time!
JASON RGrateful to have the smaller truck avail when my resv was not kept at Newberry location. The guys there were awesome in helping me find something. No call or notice that truck not avail when I had resv months in advance. Guy at alachua was nice but he wasn't even there to return at 3:30 after I race to get back befr closing. Sorry to say that truck was old n stinky and I only say that because I rented several befr and they were fairly new and awesome.
