This location did great! Overall it's the best location I've ever been to. The only complaint I have is the pay per mileage, which seems a little steep for cost per mile, but that is Uhaul, not this location.

My appointment was at 9 AM. I showed up about 15 minutes early. I sat in the store for about 25 minutes before I saw a single employee. I started to wonder if I was in there by mistake. Pretty unprofessional.

I really don't know where to begin, because of Uhaul my time was wasted as well as a half dozen of my friends. I was supposedly instructed to use the uhaul app to find the key to my truck since nobody was at the desk and they were closed. I ended up needing to go to another uhaul location and with all this run around and the fact that uhaul did not honor my reservation, I will never use them again. Nor will any of my friends or family. The customer service was okay and eventually resolved the situation is the only good thing I can say.

The facility was great, one of the two staff members was under whelming.. She was confusing, unresponsive and rude. Refused to listen, came to her own conclusions and took out her mistakes on customers.. I came in with a reservation for a storage unit already made that needed updated, and I wanted to rent a van but had not reserved... She didn't listen to the first part and wasted 15 mins looking for my van reservation.. Again I'd only reserved a storage unit ... then proceeded to act like it was my fault that she didn't listen fully to my needs.. Then her explanation on how to find and enter the storage facility was next to useless... As a first time renter ... I had to ask other customers at the space about how to not only get the van in, but check in and check out .. Its obvious she doesn't want to work or be there ... Bye girl.. Had I been someone that wasn't good at taking initiative ... I would have been lost

I am still trying to pay my fuel bill. However, have called Friday and Saturday and placed on hold for greater than 15 minutes both times. I owe 61 dollars for fuel and 7 for mileage and would be happy to pay if you would kindly call me back at 4408320433 as I cant seem to get anyone to answer my calls and refuse to wait on hold a third time greater than 15 minutes. Employees didn’t care about me at all, after seeing me and waiting for minutes just on their personal phones they slowly...slowly walked toward the counter. After not telling me any of the prices until it came up on the screen when I put in my credit card. They did not walk out to the truck to look everything over with me, The truck had a dent in it, was smoked in, was not cleaned out so the steering wheel was sticky... also was not washed on the outside, there was glass shards in the bed of the truck, the gas was below where the paperwork said it was. Not a happy customer

The truck previous rental had wasted oil or something in the van. The U-Haul worker did come out to MIP and make sure that it was cleaned up and made better. I really appreciated that.

I used your truck to move. I went 10.5 miles not 105 miles,but 10.5 miles never exceeding 35 mph. Truck was never left idling. To fill up the truck, it took,6.4 gals of gas. I was shocked. There's no way I used that much fuel. When I returned truck, it was clean,fueled as required. When I showed my receipt for my fuel I asked the young lady ,"don't you think that's an excessive amount of fuel for 10.5 miles. She told me,"it all depends on the price of gas". Somebody at uhaul never check the fuel after previous use before me. I stayed" green" in your truck. 6.4 gals for 10.5 miles. That's robbery. Ridiculous. You will be reported to BBB. I feel I paid for my use AND somebody else's. I'll never rent anything from uhaul again.

I have no plans of EVER going back to this location if I can avoid doing so. I was asked for a second verification Phone number. which I think is unnecessary, I don't recall that in 3 years been asked for a secondary phone number. This back and forth encounter resulted in me being late for my appointment.

When I went in I felt like the rep was speaking like Charlie Brown's teacher! She was like a robot and did not seem to care if I understood the contract or not. I also had to return the truck because the oil light & wrench were lit up on the dash board. I got charged an add'l three miles for that! Then all they did was shut off the light, like I was the idiot! I just did not want to be responsible for the engine blowing up! Then they charged me an add'l $15 for gas when It was filled up to 1/2 a tank, and they were also complaining when I picked up the truck gas was being siphoned out of the trucks. Apparently it was! I had to call the cust service number to get my bill adjusted and still have never received a call from the "man in charge" of this facility. I will never use UHaul again. I will go with ANY other company. What a disappointing experience. Then when I tried to chat on line the REP was also very rude and did not send me a copy of my charges via email, like that was some big deal! UGH!

I had many displeasure with my recent expirence. First, I had a very difficult time ording my truck using the online website- The website would not run correctly and was hard to navigate. I had to call the 1800 number and go through a rep, which she made multiple mistakes with my order (which would have be costly if I HADN'T noticed them before hanging up . Then when I go to pick up my truck, the man I worked with had many computer difficulties throughtout my entire check out. I almost got charged an extra $2,000 (thankfully it was corrected) and I was given the WRONG drop off location! Next time I need to move, I will be looking at different companies. Uhal just had too many personal and tech difficulties and was extremely time consuming.
