Wait time to pick up vehicle is ridiculously long. The vehicles are never in tip top shape. The air conditioning wasnâ€™t even working and I had to drive it for 3 days in the 80+ degree weather. Didnâ€™t even offer me a discount off my rate because of the a/c not working!

They are great when it comes to the rental of the vehicles. This was my first time renting a space from them & I would not recommend them to anyone for storage. Staff was great/helpful/professional-but the whole "storage" experience was not & U-Haul has other storage spaces near by I feel are much better.

Make sure the customer knows about the self check in after hours. I stood in the rain trying to do it and the page wouldnt load so I left. Then was charged $21.00 for not completing it. I complained and the money was returned but why should I have to do your job and you charge me $21.00 if I dont? Thats not right. If you are that concerned about the shape of the truck HIRE EVENING AND NIGHT PEOPLE!

They came right out as soon as I pulled up check the trailer and then show me where to drop it also said they would make a repair to the left tail light the bulb burn out on the trip didn't cause me any problems though staff was pleasant on fountain Street
This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. The manager Ethan was extremely rude. I cannot imagine how he is even in the position dealing with the public. He threw my identification at me, it hit the floor and he spoke very rudely towards me constantly.
The clerk that accepted the return was very rude. She didn't want to do her job by checking the truck out for mileage, gas, dents etc.... Stated that she was busy. I had to push the point for her to check these things.
The staff at fountain st is the best crew I have encountered or delt with they made me feel at home helped me out the best way to help and made sure I was satisfied with what I needed thanx guys
The clerk who so called helped me was so rude!!!! I canâ€™t state that enough. I will never do business there again if he is still employed there, or is that just that way uhaul does business? Either way very disrespectful.
The paper I got with the truck said 3/4 gas and your message says 7/8.
When returning I was told my bill would be over $200!!! I was never told by the owner/manager that it would be .99 a mile. When I asked the associate when I returned why so high he proceeded to become very smart with me and get an attitude after I told him I was never told about the mileage charge. He said I should have known. Everyone that walks through the door does. I assumed I had to pay a standard rate and fill the van up. That's what I was led to believe. The associate then said I'm sick of you customer's thinking this is our fault because none of you pay attention to the mileage charge. He also began swearing at me in which I returned swearing. He told me his momma didn't raise no punk and was tired of my complaining about feeling I was mis-led. He then became even more verbally abusive. I want a phone call from the district manager. 330-240-9984 or I will be calling the regional staff and corporate with this issue. This gentleman should not be in front of your customers at all. The guy on the phone was great. The guy who was there when the truck was returned on 3/22 was extremely rude. He told me I was lying about having a free storage unit for month, even though this was told to me on the phone by the other representative. He said we only give free months to students. I will not be using U-Haul any longer after this experience. Youâ€™ll probably notice Iâ€™ve spent several hundred dollars with U-Haul over the past two months. I guess that doesnâ€™t qualify as a good customer, but being a student does? I donâ€™t appreciate being lied to and then being told Iâ€™m a liar. I will never rent from you again.

There were no items left from the previous renter. However, the driver and passenger side was dirty. I had to disinfect the area. Also, it was very difficult to remove the key from the ignition after I turned off the vehicle.
I was charged for gas that I replaced and had to go back and forth for over a week before they finally credited my card back even though I had pictures of the odometer reading and gas tank to show I replaced the fuel used.
