inform that the Truck/Vans are no longer owned by the U-Haul and they are reserved by using a major credit card.....And bring back the carpet cleaners back at this location. And foremost, when a customer does reserve a truck/van and were told they do not own them, then the customer shouldn't be penalized by being charged an extra deposit when they have to get the larger van.

I’ll have to check with someone on my billing because there are some discrepancies...I was told no deposit because I used a card, yet there are two charges, one for approximately $250 and one for around $100. I was told when I left that my total charge was $160. Further, I was told if the dolly I was given didn’t work, I would not be charged for it, yet I believe I was. They did not have the type of dolly I needed when I picked up the truck. It wasn’t the route to take for my purpose. Even at $160, it was a waste of money.

The facility was closed at 7:27 when my son went to return the vehicle. He attempted several times to access the return information on line, using the Contract number provided on the equipment contract. The system would not recognize it and it became increasingly frustrating to try and reach someone at customer service. He was on hold for 5 minutes; I took over and was on hold for 7 minutes. I tried the online chat and waited 5 minutes for someone to respond. By that time, my son had made the decision (along with another family who was trying to figure out how to drop their vehicle off) to just put the keys in the box along with the contract. The signage indicated to utilize the online service is no one was there but that clearly was not the correct thing to do. Overall, the vehicle and the pickup location and staff were great. Drop off, not so much.

I checked in early so I could get going faster. When it came time to put my card down they said it was declined. I asked them to try again. Again it said it was denied. I called my bank right there to check what was going on. My bank said that there was no problem with my account or card. They said that they were not showing anything from uhaul. I asked the guy working if we can try something different. He said that he can't help me. I asked him to call their customer service. He acted annoyed that I asked him to do this. After all it was not my fault that it was not working. In the mean time I called a buddy who lived near by to bring cash so that I could leave. I was suppose to be gone by 10am. I didn't get out of there till 1030. They told me I still had to bring it back by 4:00 pm. Which is not 6 hours. I brought it back at 421. I received multiple calls to return it before then. I figured I should get the truck for the time I paid for. This whole experience was awful.

Get new employees at that location!! We were charged for 76 miles on a cargo van. We only drove maybe 25 miles but were charged for 76 miles. The employee that checked us out didn't write down the correct miles, and the other guy who checked us out charged us for 76 miles!! We tried to explain but the guy said it was our responsibility to report a discrepancy in the mileage. We couldn't even read it on the paperwork!! I will never rent from that place again!!

Have two people working in the store, so that if a cashier gets a angry customer the other customer won’t have to wait to return the equipment.
