Didn't seem to know what they were doing during rental process. No blankets like ordered, arranged to get from another location in Aitkin since person lived near Brainerd store that had them. He said they didn't have them then (this was other Aitkin location - guessing he forgot to get them).

gloria lPeople were great and helpful. It seems that filling out the app on the iPad takes longer than it should. Shouldn't most of it be pre-populated from my reservation? That was the only part where I felt I was twiddling my thumbs, and I don't think it was the staff.
Andy OI have rented here several times and they are outstanding. Great place to come to and I need a trailer.
Steve Wnothing i can think of for improvement, gave me all the information i needed to return it and were.
