the lady in charge was very busy eating instead of check us in. We had to wait about 15 minutes before she check it in and when she came out she said we did not have to wait.

CARLOS NThe agent I dealt with was amazing. She was professional and very helpful. I would definitely rent from her again. The down side was the truck. The truck was dirty. The cab had mud stains on both sides of the floor mats. The truck cab smelled like a smoke fest had taken place inside the cab. The back of the truck had a layer of dirt in grandma's attic all the way down to the truck bed from front to back. I blew it out before I loaded my furniture inside the truck. Additionally, it smelled like a fish factory had used the truck previously. Truck worked great .... just was dirty and smelled badly...
Craig CI have had a weeks worth of issues getting a refund on a 3.7 thousand dollar U-Haul I didn’t use. I checked in with the dealer after 3 days and was told it was taken care of and she’d let me know, she never called. On day 6 after arriving at my destination I was informed it was in fact not taken care of at all. I paid for 2 uhauls, 8,000$ And only used one. Not super happy.
Michael FWe had a little stumble at the beginning, however, it all worked out in the end. The young lady was very gracious and held the truck until the next day since it was such a mix up and mess the day before. They succeeded in taking care of me.
