A literal shed where the employee inside had locked the door and fallen asleep. The owner showed up 30 minutes later after several phone calls and was very rude and also uninformed of uhaul loadshare procedures.

Rana made my experience a pleasurable one by notifying me in advance and he was there when I returned the U-Haul and conducted my checkout. Overall, I had a good experience both at the beginning and end.
1. Hand truck was not in the vehicle 2. Uhaul sent me a bill AND tried to run my credit card and charged me $6 after I had already paid online. Thankfully only the $6 payment went through. Dishonest and they tried to steal from me, is this how the company is run now?!
