Ensure the contactless barcodes work. They need to have several barcodes to scan. Outside or inside and the app didn't let me type in the barcode number either. Contactless experience was just not.
For starters, call your customer back! Second, stop ripping us off! When you tell us it's going to be one price and then you change it! Unbelievable!!!
Great service after major disappointment with local Budget Truck Rental. Despite having reservations for 3:30 pm pickup. Arrived there at 3:15 pm, they were already closed. Telephone representative advised there was nothing they could do. Thank you UHAUL for saving the day.
Check under seats there was dog food all behind the seats everything else was clean though
Made a resevation with a flat rate. Then they charge me for the miles even though i was told it was already factored in cost ne time and money to go round trip when i only needed to go one way. Was told t was 20 dollars cheaper and a flat rate to go round trip. Quotes 165. They chargeg me over a hundred dollars more all said and done. Will never recomend or bring buisness to uhaul again!!!!
The friendliest staff work here. They are quick to get you into your rental too. This is my favorite U-Haul location in the south shore.

Same excellent service
I was disappointed because I thought we could do contactless pick up. I found out I needed to go in to get the keys. An employee found me roaming the parking lot because where to pick up the keys was not marked. He went in and came back out to give me my keys which at first made me more comfortable until he came out without wearing a mask. He could see that I was wearing a mask prior to giving them to me, so this disappointed me. He did try to stretch out his arm to give it to me, but it would have been easier if he wore a mask since we were not 6 feet apart. The truck was not ready. I had to sit and wait for the truck to defrost before we could leave. I felt as though I had to get the insurance or I would be charged for something I didn't do based on how it kept popping up when I did things and the wording. There was little to no gas in the truck. I was happy to be credited for the gas I put into the truck. The truck worked great! The ramp came in handy so we didn't have to go up and downstairs. Beth in the office was fantastic! My dad dropped the truck off for me so I was unable to check in on the app. She made sure everything was done for me and was so nice!
The young energetic black girl at the front desk was sweet polite And curious, she may as well been the manager and I overheard her saying that she just started working there. The manager was nowhere to be found even after calling him on his cell phone on his business card which I left at the front counter WITH a set of defective ratchet straps I bought the day before (I might as well have left $30 cash on the table) which I was trying to return and purchase two additional upgraded more expensive ones although I did not have the packaging so he told her over the phone he wouldn't do anything. I also pointed out a missing rivet on the U-Haul trailer when I returned it that keeps the landing gear attached to the trailer one big piece of equipment that if were to fall off on the highway would no doubt kill somebody.

I did have to make a phone call to find out why I was being charged for $38. I got charged for gas even though I brought back the vehicle with more gas than I had when I took it that day. Perhaps people should be more careful when closing out the paperwork.
The gentleman who helped me was excellent. I hope you know that he is a great asset to your company. I hope you let him know that. He has a king of hearts on his arm I believe. Really really nice guy.
I tried to check in and pick up the truck using the smartphone ap, but it didn't work at all. It couldn't find my location so I went to the locker location and tried to scan, and then take pictures of the barcode for the location. Nothing worked. It was terrible!

The employee that working in Abington have great customer service.
The gas was low when we picked it up, it smelled like someone had just smoked 100 cigarettes in the driving area and we added a dolly to the rental and we never received one. When trying to call this location, no one picked up after being on hold for over half an hour. The only good part was the man at the front desk when we went to pick up the truck was a super funny and nice guy, not his fault the trucks condition was subpar.
Nothing...just continue to provide the good service you have been known to provide.

I did not have a good experience with the manager at this location . He tried to get me to pay extra day's rental. I will email the details of deceptive practice I clearly experienced at this location. I have used U-Haul for last 30 years and always had a good experience. The text message and email I was told I will receive did not come thru. At the time of return the person told me there was no email on record that she can see. So she entered my email and then I received the emails. Although Manager at the time of rental said I will receive email as there was an email already on record for me. I had to come back inside and wait again to get a hard copy.
