The uhaul was dirty inside and out, the cup holder were covered in spilled drinks. The floors were filthy. The milage and the gas were incorrect on the contract. Nobody does a walk around of the truck with you. I was not happy with my experience at all

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis company is a great source for moving.
Everet VOther than the furniture dolly not being in the truck when requested but didn’t ruin the move. It was a stress free rental quick and simple pick up and drop off.
Terrence DA smile. Clear communication with English speaking humans.
Amanda EU-Haul needs to do better to ensure we can pick up and drop off in our own city and not have to go to another city to get the U-Haul. On the way back home from picking up the moving truck, we noticed Yarrow had many trucks but that location, which was closer to us, wasn't offered! Moving days are long and hard and going to another city for pickup and drop off, is unacceptable.
