The only issue I found was having to wait for the truck we reserved to be returned to the facility which put us behind somewhat, but that was not the fault of the staff, but rather the inconsiderate previous renters! Other than that, the actual rental was flawless! Thank you.

EDWARD C | Overall ExperienceOver the time I’ve had my unit a lot has changed. The cleanliness of the bathrooms has become an all time low. Seeing a cockroach in one. There are no longer any garbage cans around the building. Being it’s a facility where it’s expected for clients to have debris… The light sensors in the facility are also terrible making almost every visit dull and limited to see in the unit itself. The top tarp that’s supposed to cover my unit had been off for over a year and a half causing all the items in my unit to be filthy and have a distinct odour, though I have mentioned it to staff several times to reposition. Truthfully, I would not recommend for the price I paid and all the inconveniences that followed.
