Cannot recommend U-Hail storage as the cost of the stall rental continued to increase. There are other storage rental facilities that are more reasonable in cost.

The facility and the auto pay was a complete and total rip off, I was charged late fees on top of late fees on multiple different occasions even though it was the U-Haul system I said something multiple times never once was I reimbursed for any of that extra money that was taken. That's why I cancelled payment on it and am filing a lawsuit. Extremely dissatisfied with the service of every employee that I spoke with to try and have the issue resolved.

Lorenzo J. | First ImpressionsThe climate controlled storage is great, as are the assortment of carts available to move items into the storage space. We did not like the long walk from the entrance door to our assigned unit, the fact that the long hallways and many turns are inconvenient for moving things like large pieces of furniture and mattresses. What we disliked most was that the floors are not completely smooth and the surfaces change, so items placed on the wonderful carts have a tendency to vibrate and fall off of the carts. Also, we would suggests that the fire extinguishers be relocated so that they do not stick out into the already narrow hallways, as they create another obstacle to avoid over the course of the long walk. They should be recessed into the wall. Overall, we had a good experience and the staff at the facility were wonderful to deal with!
