Rates are super high. Would prefer 24hour access. A dumpster would be great. The office people dropped the ball during my move out. But for the free 30days, it rocked so I had time to adjust my other unit at a diff facility.
Danielle G | Overall ExperienceI tried to rent 2 dollys for my trip and when i arrived the manager informed me that there was not ONE dolly for rent on site, not even the utility dolly for my 20 foot truck. I had to load everything by hand, which extended my time for the trip. Forcing me to pay for another day of truck rental. The staff was competent and friendly but I'm not impressed with a U-Haul being OUT of dollies.

sharon b | Overall ExperienceI have been a customer here for years. I love the friendly helpful staff. I would recommend lighting in the air controlled units for safety and convenience. I had to bring my own lighting to move around safely inside the dark unit. I rarely came when the automatic sliding doors worked but the friendly staff always came out to help get them opened. The staff deserves an A+. I would definitely rent here again.
