It was busy as I was having issues with the internet reservations, but finally while I was standing in line I was able to complete the reservation in time to score a vehicle. Drop off location is so convenient and the staff were very nice and helpful. I rented a small enclosed trailer and by the time they checked me in and gave me my receipt the trailer was already unhooked and we were on our way. Literally took 5 mins.Alastair D.

Open trailer had dirt, bark, and metal debris which had to be cleaned out before I could leave. The opening on the 6x12 trailer is narrower that 6 feet which is deceptive and prevented me from using it. I returned the trailer a few hours after I rented it unused.ROBERT H.

When I drop it the truck off they charge me for $10 for fuel without telling me it just like this is your receipt you get to go when I drove away I found a $10 in the receipts and went back and tell him what's going on he said yes your fuel is not on the right amounts and I show them the pictures when I pick it up how much fuel was in it and when I fill it up how much fuel on our return it was the same thing and he keeps saying no I have to charge you for $10 to fill it up but finally we called Customer serviceand we got to figure out the drop off location I wasn't really professional people at allFIRAS A.

Customer service and more understanding and willingness to work with the customer about fixing problems. The manager was amazing but the employees were not so much . I gave several days I could come and fix the problem, I asked them what days they had available to fix the problem and apparently none was the answer. I didn't have a problem with that because if you are busy then you are busy , but I couldn't make a appointment or anything to fix it and was told our best option was to go to a self service center and pay more money to have them fix something that they could have easily done . Then wanting to charge me for the trailer for a day use because I already paid and had it for not even 20 minutes. Honestly glad I got the manager and he squared everything away . Please improve the customer service and understanding the customer because I had felt so helpless and they didn't try to even do anything but to add on more stress .KALIE T.
