For future use, or to recommend to older friends, is there a way to have an elevator for the units in the west side?

The move from Arizona to Iowa was uneventful. All staff answered all my needs. There was no issues with the equipment and that's always good.

I really love this place, I hope to do business with this location in the future. Just friendly service.

Received excellent direction and assistance the day I did my load out (9-24). Very courteous and professional. My experience for rental and load in was abysmal - took over an hour Just waiting, activating my account/card, and finally unloading. The guy behind the desk was under trained, slow and mumbled - fortunately I got some help / direction from a guy working outside - the two should definitely switch roles

The day prior to renting a storage unit I had rented a small 4×8 cargo trailer and the move was intense and stressful. I was 6 hours out and the store I was going to was going to close the minute I got there. The staff were amazing and stayed 30 minutes after close to insure I was set for this move. Thank y'all so much.

We reserved a 15 x 10 Unit on the first floor knowing that we had a lot of heavy items. We arrived at the appropriate time to move into a rental unit and we were told they did not have any 15 x 10 units available at all they only had 10 x 10 units and they had none available on the first floor. They had a 10 x 10 available on the second floor we would have to bring all of our items up a set of stairs And then down a long hallway. When I asked about why we made the reservation she said that it was policy that they just give the units to people as they arrive so it was first come first serve. When I inquired why do I make a reservation at all then she did not know why this was the policy. Very unhappy did not choose to rent a unit there after all. On the plus side the truck rental was seamless and awesome.

No elevator Which really sucks when u have have furniture, like a reclining sofa and a king size mattress. Had to climb stairs. But that is my own fault for not looking at it before renting it.

I would really have preferred to store my items with your firm but the lack of an elevator to get goods to the 2nd floor was a show stopper.

They were crazy busy computers down. But very accommodating. Great job to all that we’re working

We did find mouse poop in some of our boxes, but we had our stuff in there for 9 months. It would be nice to have a light inside of the larger units. Hard to see inside w/o a flashlight.

If I had known the only way to access the second floor is by a single stair case, I would have chose a different facility. I have to move my stuff from the car to a cart, wheel it inside, carry everything up the stairs and load it into a second cart, and then push it to the far end of the second floor, where there is another staircase that can't be used? An elevator, or at least a long series of ramps is really a must for this place!

Amazing facility! It's under construction so there were a few issues but the staff was sort helpful and even stayed a few extra minutes to let us finish up. Would def recommend this location to anyone who needs storage

I am a senior citizen, had to rent in 2nd floor. I was told 1st floor was not ready to rent. Said it was a issue with climate control. If second was ready, why not first. It was VERY difficult for me
