Some of the staff was rude. I left many messages for the manager about the gate being wide open for most of the last year and a half and not one call back was received. There is record of it on my account. This is unacceptable.

Brenda S | Overall ExperienceUnfortunately, U-Haul kept raising their rate for the space. It's basic space that we were renting, we weren't paying any thing for any extra services, added security, or additional products and goods. So they kept raising the rates for the space. There were times we would go by and the gate would be wide open. It would not respond to our remote device. But our actual unit was always locked and secure. Access was easy. But for what they're wanting to charge for their monthly fee now, it's time to move out.
Kent S | Overall ExperienceWe arrived at storage and gate was broken and wide open. We rented a bigger unit when we opened it there was a puddle of water. Called uhaul they gave us another unit and the door fell off track when we opened it. We left uhaul storage and went to another storage company.
