The managers here are very attentive and worked with me on getting my things moved in - but also when it was time to get my things out. I appreciate your assistance!

Andrew V | First ImpressionsI’ve had a storage at U-Haul for three years and my mother had two for 3 1/2 years. We planned to clear the three storages on Saturday but the cards we had for night access would not work and we were unable to contact anyone that could give us an access code. The cards previously worked at night. I had to pay for the truck for two days and the delay cost me a full other day labor cost. I mean thanks for the free storage for another month offer but it is useless to me and cannot reverse doubling my moving costs.
