I had only one issue while I rented there. The last month when I came in to move out everything the room was full of roaches. I had nothing at all in the way of food stored and this was the only time.

When I rented the van to move my things into storage, they charged the card I used to secure the reservation and not the card I swiped when I picked up the van. I was not happy about that.
