No problems...and that is what you want. Had two units while we built our new house. Everything was dry and safe for the year. No indication that there were mice or bug problems either.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe air conditioning in the section we used had an issue and the temperature got hotter than I would have liked. It reached 90+ degrees when we there on August 10th. I understand things happen but it would be good to try and keep it below the 90s.
Michael B | Experiencia generalVery good customer service!!
NORMAN S | Experiencia generalThank you all for your service and great help
ida B | Primeras impresionesThe gate hours was not great they closed at 10pm and when I went to get my stuff out of storage I had to do it in 2 different days cause of the hours of gate time
Jacqueline R | Experiencia generalGreat experience, and easily reserved and move out done online!! Will def use again
Jennifer R | Experiencia generalThese folks are really wonderful. We also rented a truck, and check in was smooth, easy, and friendly. Our unit was clean, ready, and easy to access with plenty of room for parking and unloading. A great customer service experience!
KRISTEN P | Mudanza en líneaCounter girl who helped me was very kind and friendly
Timothy I | Experiencia generalFront attendants attitude was awful!! We arrived shortly before 7, stayed in the vehicle because we did not want to be rude. He turned the open sign from on to OFF. He then exited the store as soon at 7am hit and stayed outside for 10 minutes while looking at us standing inside waiting for him to help us. Once he came inside, he said “I don’t need talk to you, you can just put the truck keys in the box”. Did not even ask if that’s why we were there. We needed to get access to our storage unit. He was rude the whole time and even rolled his eyes at us. We could also hear someone in the back office, but they ignored us too. Just a very disappointing experience overall.
FAITH N | Primeras impresionesI wouldn't recomend any U Haul facility. The employees was nice and friendly but U Haul doesn't allow you to have your own lock and they give out these cheap trashy locks that are a pain to lock and unlock. Screw U Haul. The monthly rent goes up through out the year.
CODY W | Experiencia generalEvery body was very helpful and very supportive
Glen H | Experiencia generalThis was a terrible experience. I did a reservation, supplied a credit card number and got a confirmation number. When my daughter got there, she was told there weren't any units available for what I reserved? What was the purpose of reserving one when it doesn't hold it for you? I found out later by other OSU Mom's that this U-Haul pulled this garbage on all of them too. Poor management, poor ethics. Ended up having to get a bigger unit for more money, not climate controlled. Nice little bait and switch if you ask me. I know for next year to avoid U-Haul completely and make sure everyone else knows to avoid it too. When my daughter got into her unit, she said it was full of bugs and had rat traps in it. Really made me feel great about their "pest control" statement they claim on their website. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Kimberly p | Primeras impresionesMy family has used this company for years. Both renting the moving trucks and storing our possessions. We've always had a positive experience.
