worrick h. | Overall ExperienceI will NEVER recommend anyone to use uhaul for storage EVER. I will do total opposite to save anyone from dealing with the worst employees I've ever dealt with. I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life. From charging me hundreds of dollars i didn't owe, thousands in missing belongings after they removed my lock and placed theirs on my unit. Terrible terrible people working here.

PAUL H. | Overall ExperienceAfter checking in with the office I received a phone call to advise Uhaul could not access the gate entering into the storage facility. Uhaul could not offer me alternative storage and canceled my payment. I asked how current people were accessing their units and they said they could swipe in through the gate. Apparently Uhaul could not make these cards up for a whole month. I've been left without any storage and my three bedroom house is arriving at the weekend. Thank you for adding to the stressful moving experience!!!!
