Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe representative was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The storage unit and facility was clean and very well kept!
CARMEN R | Primeras impresionesTony was polite and courteous, and friendly, he explained how the entry key works and shows us the after hours entry work. I am also happy to have my machine inside a climate control environment. It was fast and easy. I will most definitely tell everyone about this location.
Ramona B | Primeras impresionesCheck-in and payment took nearly 2.5 hours, even though I had completed online check-in before arriving. The delay was caused by slow computer systems, a busy holiday weekend, and a new employee who was still in training. Despite these challenges, the staff remained professional, friendly, and positive throughout the process. They also accommodated an extension on my truck rental, which saved my day. Their excellent customer service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and that's why I'm giving them five stars.
Sterling E | Primeras impresionesOverall I thought the place i rented from customer service was below average for my taste and im currently deciding was it worth to use uhaul for my future services
abdul L | Primeras impresionesYour site manager does an excellent job of covering all aspects from contract details to how to find and operate various security features.
LAWRENCE L | Primeras impresionesI appreciate the kindness of the lady who helped me with my storage unit, especially considering the emotional and unfortunate situation that caused the need for this unit. Her empathy and guidance meant a lot. I am not in the clearest mindset I could be in at this time and she made suggestions that seemed to be in my best interest that I had not considered. Again, thank you for being a good human.
Rebecca M | Primeras impresionesThe guy at the reception was very rude and told me walk out of the facility else he call the police to come and send me out. I was in the facility at 6.35 pm and joined the line. At 6.50pm he told me I cannot be served because he is finished for the day. After gently pleaded with him because I have travelled from Columbus to Cincinnati, he went away and returned to ask I want the police to come and remove me from the off. I couldn’t believe myself that I was treated by a member of staff in your facility.
DANIEL A | Experiencia generalJamie took wonderful care of me, and even connected me to a wonderful moving company.
Scott G | Experiencia generalThe manager is extremely helpful, and very accommodating on more than one occasion.
Jacqueline G | Experiencia generalFrom the start was given the wrong information about access and when I canceled two days later you would have thought that was the end of that, then a month later a payment of $132.87 was deducted from my credit card. It took a month of me calling three-four times to get my money back. I have never seen such terrible customer service/care in a company of this size. Clearly the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and laziness.
dan i | Experiencia generalI worked with Jamie and her staff over the weekend. Checking out and receiving my truck rental and renting my storage unit was a breeze worked with her assistant general manager young man very polite nice patient had a small hiccup over the weekend. Let Jamie know about it on Monday when I went to return my truck. She got me all set and together definitely recommend her facility to friends and family
KARIS T | Primeras impresionesMrs Jamie has a beautiful personality just Love her
LISA E | Primeras impresionesThe manager runs a very clean and professional establishment.
