Shalonda L | First ImpressionsMy unit was fine up until the last two months. I went by to get something out and when I entered the facility the smell was unbelievable. It smelt like there was something dead in the facility. After speaking with a worker about the smell he informed me that the unit beside mine was the one putting off the smell. When I entered my unit there was black bugs flying everywhere. I just now moved all my belongings out because I cannot keep my personal belongings where bugs can infest my mattress and furniture and personal belongings. I am upset that after a month that there still was a bug issue as I removed my belongings. I also would like my mattress set replaced due to the fact I can not wash it to make sure it is cleaned for my brand new house.

RACHEL R | Overall ExperienceWhen a person is moving a significant amount of contents into or out of the facility there should be away to keep the door open rather than having someone stand there to keep opening it for moving company employees. If customers are going to use this facility as storage between homes it needs to accommodate major moves and the activity of the moving companies we have hired. Thank you for considering. Otherwise nice facility and good experience. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with your employees at times.
