The online reservation process was very easy, and the price was right as well, compared to other storage facilities that charge a one time fee on top of higher prices. I just wish the facility had easier access to the lower level floor.

I have much gratitude that U Haul is there for me. Moving during the covid pandemic was difficult but with UHaul it was smooth, safe and convenient.

The team in Smithtown (Nesconset Highway) was very responsive and helpful with my requests. While not always easy to contact them via telephone, in-person service was great!
