Denise B. | First ImpressionsOn today, June 4 2023 I went to move more things into storage and the elevator was out of service. I do know things happen that are out of your control, but it was very hard carrying my belongings up the stairs as well as the long walk to my unit. So my suggestion is to have trolly’s on the second floor as well for when incidents like that happen to accommodate your customers. If I’m paying over $150 a month for a storage I shouldn’t have to tug my belongings upstairs by hand and walk a long hallway. Other than that, I have no complaints. Thank you
Destiny H. | Online Move InVacated Unit, yet was charged for the next month anyways by auto-pay, absolutely no return call follow-ups when I called multiple times to get this addressed. I should not have to call every day only for this to not get addressed. My past experiences with this location have been great, and I am a good return customer, but this experience has me rethinking my opinion of this business. This needs to be fixed, without me having to spend a lot of time calling about it, it is wasting my time and I do not appreciate that.
