My storage unit was broken into and my stuff was stolen. The staff were very rude to me when I was trying to figure out what happened and what to do from that point on. My storage unit door was damaged and the manager took my lock off and left it so any one could get into my unit. When I asked her about it she said there’s nothing else she can do. I called corporate and they offered me a new unit so I could have my things secure, I’d never rent from Uhaul again nor recommend it.
