Paushida Z | Overall ExperienceService was great. However, I made the reservation through the app. When I tried to check in at the Ivar St Rosemead location, the app didn’t offer a way to do that. So I had to drive to the office location off of Rosemead Blvd. Check in process was very inconvenient and confusing when I reserved via app.

Heidi A | Overall ExperienceHad a nightmare getting in touch with anybody and my unit was infested with bugs. I had to throw thousands of dollars of furniture away. When I did get in touch with people, they were helpful but, that was after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. There are no staff at the site and the access hours are awful.
