Staff are awesome! Friendly and helpful! ....the storage units are dark (no light in unit, bring a lantern!!) and cramped!!

It is suppose to be 24 hour access it isnt along with the fact i was told i get a free lock and was refused one
This is an excellent rating only because of "Meesh". She was awesome!!! Instead of giving the number to call myself, she made the call for me and helped me from beginning to end. She is a keeper this on!!! Her boss needs to know and she deserves a raise!!! :-)
I wish I could have gotten a refund for all the 20 days I didn't use the storage.
Having a storage facility with 2nd floor but NO elevator is big NO. We had reserved two units but we were not told they were on second level and stairs only. Even though personnel was trying to be helpful, we couldn’t rent this units. Overall it was a waste of time.

I was charged a damage fee without giving authorization. I did not damage the unit. The screw had pulled out . I denied card use and the manager used it anyway which has been reported to my bank as fraud.

The manager, Andrew Weeks was an amazing person to work with and always wanted to know if there were any concerns or issues that needed attention. He made you feel like he put you above himself at all times. Awesome face to represent uhaul.
I have been a Uhaul customer for over 45 years. We have had a few hiccups over the years, but the staff at Uhaul ALWAYS makes it work out right. Working with the Roseburg, OR. crew has always been great. Andrew Weeks and his crew are the best!
Mr. Weeks is an amazing manager and goes beyond the measure of duty to assist his customers. My recommendation is that he get an award and a nice raise. He is an asset to your company!
