Our storage unit got water damage and mold due to poor upkeep... the staff there was always lazy and rude... we always felt like we were bothering them...
The guy that helped when I got there was so nice I just moved from jersey an he made me feel so welcome.
My grandmother, Mary Prophet, has used your building many times over the last several years. She is the one that told me and I didn’t second guess her. The staff was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and the environment was clean! I feel relaxed knowing I have such a secure place for my mothers belongings. She passed last month. When I 1st got my space it was so easy and everything I needed the young man who helped me took to my unit and realized it hadn't been cleaned out yet and quickly took to a nicer unit which made me feel so much more comfortable about where the unit was located. The 1st one was kinda in a hall way and this new 1 is right outside I can just pull handle my business and go. I had a great experience and will definitely be recommending uhaul in the future Thanks Guys!!!!!
The people in the office were great . The gate access was and available hours were not .

there are hole-in-the-wall and ceilings that could be closed up before renting insufficient lighting
due to the facility not having a mailbox on site, were were receiving late notices every month. Not having a mailbox is bad for business.
This storage facility advertised itself to be climate-controlled. It is not. My items were ruined by mold, insects and mice. The employee door to the storage units was often left open overnight, allowing the weather and pests to come in. And the access gate was always left open.
Throughout my experience I interacted with two employees. They were both helpful and professional. Service was quick and efficient. Would definitely use again.

The only complaint I have is that there wasn’t a light in the unit. I had to rely on the main light that housed all of the units to see while I was moving my stuff in. Other than that, it was a very nice and easy experience.
