Jessica M | Overall ExperienceI regret that no accommodation would be made by U-Haul to change my payment date by just a few days, as if it were done, I could have made on time payments every month instead of being late every month. I get paid on the same days every month and there were reasons I could not get ahead and pay the next month early to avoid these late fees. As a result I ended up paying 90 dollars or so extra total during my rental here. That 15 dollars every month could have been better spent on a lot of other things. Other than that, everything was great. But you should endeavor to be a bit more flexible with a customer when all they want is a minor adjustment to the payment schedule and I don't see any reason why you wouldn't.,
Afshin N | Overall ExperienceIf there’s a better Uhaul facility in the USA, I’d be surprised! The entire process was absolutely trouble free and exceeded my expectations. I’m 62 yrs old and pleased to say that the customer service we experienced from Manager Bob McCauley and staff was extraordinary and exemplary! Thank you Bob, it was truly refreshing and I highly recommend this facility!
