Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe facility was clean and pest free which I really appreciated.
chris b | Experiencia generalGreat people at the Plstteville, WI location; even though the computer system wasn't working, they figured out a way to reserve and save the twobunits I wanted to rent without having to returning.
Justin K | Primeras impresionesFast affordable and available when needed . Helpful staff.
Tanya B | Experiencia generalI must say everything was absolutely great and the lady that helped us was amazing she deserves a raise as she did everything professionally well. She was fast and helped greatly!! Thank you!
ERIC B | Experiencia generalMary was very helpful and professional, she answered all my questions without hesitation. Thank you Mary!
Kyle G | Mudanza en líneaSo everything was perfect except for one thing when I went to pick up the truck they rented it out from under us for someone doing a long haul. I get it it makes them more money but it was very inconvenient for us however the extra mileage to go get a different truck was waved so it worked out good yea I absolutely would rent U-Haul again 5 stars Thank you,
ERIC B | Primeras impresionesManager ( Mary) was always able.to answer questions - especially at the beginning. Very clean all the time and well maintained.
DENNIS B | Experiencia generalI had the worst experience with checking into the Platteville, WI storage unit. I was assigned 3 different storage units when I reserved one. I was wrongfully charged for a month. I have yet to get a refund. The customer service rep, Mary was extremely rude when we were trying to sort out the error on their part. I do not recommend using U-Haul especially the “free” month of storage because they will charge you and act as though they don’t know why your bank account was charged.
