ROSETTA L | Overall ExperienceThe facility I was reserved was not available. I was then given a smaller unit and charged more than the unit I reserved. I was pretty upset with the “bait and switch” and was forced to find another unit at a different location after driving for 10+ hours.

Instead of addressing my concerns, he talked over me, ignored my questions, and came across as condescending and uninterested in helping. I wish I had gone with my first instinct and chosen Extra Space Storage on St. Charles Rock Rd — Manager Ashley was responsive, respectful, and solution-focused. We only chose U-Haul for convenience, but ended up paying more and making extra stops anyway. I pray this review helps spark improvement. It’s the God in me that chooses to speak truth in love — we all deserve better service.
