Lady working in this location was very helpful the room I selected online was to small for my items I thought I needed to go online and cancel and do the bigger room again and it was already a frustrating day with moving but I didn't have to that. The young lady helped me cancel the room and set up new one for me . Was very fast and helpful

She was very professional and courteous, considering that I arrived like 10 minutes or 4:55 pm on a Sunday when closing is at 5 pm. She still took the time to help me secure the storage unit instead of brushing me off. My only problem is that I didn't remember her name and I hope she gets the proper credit that she deserves.
