I felt like we wasted our money. $145 is no joke. We have used other storage places & had a great experience. This was another level of disappointment

I kept having to call the 1-800 number and they had a hard time finding anyone that could help me. It was a very bad experience. No working numbers and no one around to check me in. My card doesn’t work to open the gate and my code doesn’t work to open the gate.

AMANDA T | Online Move InI had issues every single time, except one, getting in the gate. Code wouldn't work, remote wouldn't work. I would have to call to get in and call to get out. The lock was extremely hard to get off. If I had to go to the office for anything, I would have to drive to a different location. This location is creepy. I have never seen another person there. I never went alone. I rented the storage room online, so I wasn't aware how desolate it was.
